21 year old Shimla boy does the city proud, makes it to IIM-Ahmadabad
SHIMLA- A 21 year old boy from Shimla,Nikhar Mattu,has done the city proud by making it to IIM-Ahmadabad.
Nikhar had scored 99.92% in CAT 2015, the results of which were announced in January. After a strenuous interview in March, Nikhar got selected to the prestigious institution on April 13, 2016. He has also made his way to XLRI and is awaiting results from IIM -Calcutta, IIM- Bangalore and FMS, Delhi, although he will be joining IIM -Ahmadabad.
Currently, Nikhar is working with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Gurgaon as a Financial analyst.
He completed his graduation in B.Com (Hons) from SBS , Delhi University last year and was managing both his preparation and job simultaneously. Pursuing PGP – the flagship program at IIM -Ahmadabad was his dream. He is an ex-student of St. Edwards, Shimla. Nikhar’s parents are employed at Himachal Pradesh University at Faculty of Bio-sciences.
