Himachal Police deny any forced conversion and infiltration of Bangladeshi migrants

SHIMLA-In the wake of allegations of two Hindu outfits about religious conversions and infiltration by Bangladeshis, Himachal Pradesh police today said that neither there were any case of forced conversion nor it had any information of Bangladesh national residing in the state.Recently, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Durga Vahini had alleged ‘love?jehad’, religious conversions and infiltration of Bangladeshis in the state.

The police have registered half a dozen cases of inter-religion marriages and four cases have also been registered against Hindu boys against whom charges have been levelled that they kidnapped Muslim girls. ~ PTI/Photo:The Financial Express
