Himachal Ayush Fair 2016 to be organized at historic Shimla Ridge
SHIMLA- Himachal Pradesh Government in coordination with the Indian Industrial Federation would organized three days State level Ayush fair from 26 to November 28, 2016 at historic Ridge, Shimla. More than two dozen Ayurvedic medicine manufacturers from all over India would display their products during the fair.
The government said that Indian Medicine System clinics like Ayurveda treatment, Panchkarma, Kshar, Yoga etc would be set up and Ayurveda specialists would check up the people and provide medical care accordingly.
The purpose of the fair is to provided information of plantation of medicinal plants, their use, marketing etc. Govt. presumes that it would encourage people of the State towards this profession. There is a need to involve the maximum students from educational institutions so that they were apprised about the ancient Indian Medicinal System, said Principal Secretary, Ayurveda, Nisha Singh
Renowned National and International specialist would deliberate people on new inventions and researches in the field through technical sessions to be held on all three days.
Union Ayurveda Minister Sripaad Naik would inaugurate the State Level Ayush Fair and the Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh is likely to be the Chief Guest on this occasion.
The information was provided by Ayurveda and Cooperative Minister Karan Singh while presiding over the meeting held to review the arrangements of Ayush fair.
